Volac Lamb Volostrum is a natural alternative to sheep colostrum – whether the ewe is short on milk supply or not available. It is guaranteed to have a high level of proteins and oil supply, a readily available source of nutrients and energy to help get the lambs of to a great start of life.

Dosage and Administration:
When using as a supplement:
Mix 25g (1 level scoop) of lamb volostrum with 50ml of warm water – mixing thoroughly for at least 30 seconds until well mixed. Makes approx. 70ml of a solution.

When using as an alternative to colostrum:
Mix 50g (two level scoops) of lamb volostrum with 100ml of warm water –mixing thoroughly for at least 30 second until well mixed. Makes approx. 140ml of solution.

Lamb volostrum can be fed by bottle or by stomach tube. The lamb should be fed as soon as it is born or within the first 6 hours of birth.A 500g pouch provides 20 feeds as a natural supplement or 10 feeds as a natural alternative to colostrum.
