Iodine 10%

Excellent quality, spirituous based iodine solution. Perfect for navel dipping and as a wound disinfectant. 500 ml bottles have a nozzle for easy application. Due to its spirituous base it is quick drying after application.

Contains: 10% iodine.       

Tips for preventing navel infections:
- For best results, apply iodine 10% as soon as the animal is born. Remove any debris and straw before application. Repeat in 4-6 hours.
- Check after 24 hours to see if umbilical cord is drying up and there is no sign of infection
- Use an iodine solution of at least 7%
- Make sure full length of umbilical cord is covered with iodine – right up to the belly
